Why is video expensive?
When you hire me you're not just paying me to bring $14,000 of equipment to capture your day. You're paying for the skills picked up over the 10 years of filming, editing weddings that sets my brand apart. Think you can find someone for cheaper that makes the same quality films? Please hire them!
How far out do you take bookings?
I take bookings 1-2 years in advance but prefer to stay around the 1.5 year in advance mark.

What questions should I ask when trying to find a videographer?
Ask them what their end product looks like. Ask them how many years they've been in business. Ask them if they film the wedding or if an associate or other person films it. When it's your brand and business, you treat it differently.
